A very seaworthy sailing yacht with a classic look. With the mizzen and double headsails you can sail this yacht in all weather conditions. With the space on deck and with several very spacious cabins and a front saloon inside, this yacht offers good possibilities for a liveaboard. Currently the yacht is in need of cosmetic work and an advised technical checkup, but has the right basis to become a true eyecathers, that will attract attention in any marina or quay wall.
Due the construction year of the yacht, the Formosa 51 does not come with CE certification. Given her sailing characteristics she would in all likelihood fall under Category A.
Starter motor renewed in 2022
The main mast's side rigging was renewed in 2021. The rest of the rigging is 10 years old.
All sails were renewed 10 years ago.
