Sundeck 41 Holland Houseboat is a houseboat by the well-known Dutch builder Stamhuis. It believes in perfect preparation by building all its projects virtually first. In addition, Stamhuis strives to build sustainably and energy-saving with a standardized construction methodology. Modular construction, the boat is ideally suited for year-round use. In the pictures you can see how the boat is constructed. The unique steel construction makes the boat extremely strong and maintenance free by finishing the walls with Poly urea. The entire boat is sprayed seamlessly creating a watertight shell around the entire boat. Therefore, the builder can confidently offer a long warranty period on this. 3 years full warranty on floats and steel frame ! And 10 years warranty on materials and construction.
Very nice about this houseboat is the sunken roof terrace, easily accessible by the built insulated strong stairs to the roof terrace and the, for Holland Houseboat, recognizable exterior of beautiful durable thermally treated wooden lamella wall (cladding outside).
The size and construction of the Sundeck is standard. But you can choose different layouts and colors and indicate your own wishes regarding the interior of the houseboat.

The Holland Houseboat is functionally laid out (multiple Layouts possible, see pdf attachment). Standard features include a generous fully equipped kitchen, a fully installed spacious bathroom, two double bedrooms, infrared floor heating and electric radiators in bedroom, a front terrace (8m2) with stainless steel swimming ladder and a sunken roof terrace. The exterior can be finished in a color of your choice.
The window frames are made of Plastic with HR++ glazing.
The roof terrace has a stainless steel railing.
As an option, the boat can be expanded with a Sailing Package; (49,750.00 euros)
The sailing package consists of a 40HP outboard engine including steering console on the front deck, a bow thruster, cameras, 480 L fresh water tank, 480 L holding tank, pump, battery with charger and inverter, mooring lines and navigation lights.
Sustainability package (from €7,600.00).
This consists of solar panels, with batteries needed to make the houseboat self-sufficient for 2 days, a heat pump and air conditioning.
The standard kitchen is fully equipped with 4 base cabinets, 2 upper cabinets, refrigerator, induction cooktop and extractor fan.
The standard bathroom has a 120 by 80 shower tray, shower enclosure, hanging toilet, sink unit and extractor fan.
