This Sargo 33 was given a very appropriate second name "Explorer. It is a compact family yacht with a tough character. The space-planning is striking. This compact yacht has everything you need to make your adventure on the water carefree. There is plenty of storage space, plenty of sleeping space, a beautiful and spacious saloon, plenty of light and room to move around on board. More than that, this yacht was designed to sail down coastlines, braving weather and wind. There is even a de-icing function for cold winter mornings, Sargo knows no seasons. The yachts from this Finnish shipyard are believed for their thoroughness.
We board via the wide teak swim platform. A remarkable detail: the swim ladder also has two vertical handles in black coated stainless steel. The ship's railing and stern have the same tough design language. Safety takes precedence. The roofline continues as a canopy with recessed spotlights above the aft cockpit. Here are nice benches with storage space and a sturdy table in the center. There is also a fixed cooler in the cockpit. The door is of the same black glass as the saloon. On the starboard and port side is a sliding door.
The interior is very bright and nicely finished with some cool details, such as the extra stool which you can hang in the railing on the stove. In the ceiling is a large sliding roof. On the port side is the saloon with U-shaped seat and a height-adjustable table in the center. Guests are welcome here. The cooking element again has enormous storage space. There is an oven and even a double pour-out sink. The guest cabin is located below the salon. The rear seat cushion sits over the stairs. Downstairs are two single beds and a closet. Up front, this yacht has a cabin with a large bed and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is plenty of light here as well.
The Volvo engine shines in her engine bay. With just under 200 cruising hours, this yacht is an absolute godsend. Cruising long distances is no problem, the yacht has large tanks and solar panels. This Sargo is a gem, a top boat for daredevils, a comfortable boat for frequent sailors. Will you become her new captain?
